Understanding is a two-way street.

But theater, because of its nature, both text, images, multimedia effects, has a wider base of communication with an audience. That’s why I call it the most social of the various art forms.

For just when ideas fail, a word comes in to save the situation.

By and large, the critics and readers gave me an affirmed sense of my identity as a writer. You might know this within yourself, but to have it affirmed by others is of utmost importance. Writing is, after all, a form of communication.

It’s interesting because you feel on the one hand, we understand people from what the say, and in another sense, you’d think that you’d be able to convey more through dialogue.

When he to whom one speaks does not understand, and he who speaks himself does not understand, that is metaphysics.
